Patchouli is one essential oil that hold on to its scent very well. In fact it will improve with age, one of the only oils that will do so. Like Fine Wine. These have an excellent shelf life.

I absolutely love Osha Mae soap. It is the only soap I use. It’s very hard to choose my favourite but Patchouli East is up there along with Lavender Lime and Aromatic Alchemy.

This scent, Patchouli East, not only makes ME smell great but fills my house with a great fresh comfort-y smell. My skin is softer, and unlike some soaps, it lasts a long time without turning into sad little slivers. The only problem I have with it is keeping my family from stealing the new bars out of the linen closet! I’m so glad it’s made in Nova Scotia, because it checks all my criteria for a great product.
